I am a golden yellow sky lit by the glow of the sun Topping majestic mountains Clothed in the splendor of purple clouds and the noon day sun
I am yellow, red, blue and magenta
Bright, pastel even white
I am a flower
I am an artist, mother, sister and friend I sculpt shapely vessels, mountains’ majesty, flowing garments Keys of rhythms Yellow lit skies And mountains’ majesty
My chosen medium is acrylic paints. I choose to paint images that are filled with joy and movement.
Most of my paintings begin with a charcoal sketch of the image that I want to create. When I am satisfied with the layout then I begin the proces of applying paint to create the finished painting.
I allow the image to tell me what it wants, colors, texture and positions.
